I wrote this book with the idea that this is the information I would want a close family member or friend to have if they were in an accident.

Over the years, as a personal injury attorney in Texas I have seen the type of pressure and scare tactics that are used on injury victims by insurance companies and even some attorneys. Insurance companies often encourage injury victims not to hire an attorney.
